The Hague 1996 Child Protection Convention Case Bank (H96-CB) is an open-access database of case law developed under the project Cross-Border Protection of Children: The 1996 Hague Child Protection Convention, led by the University of Aberdeen and supported by the Royal Society of Edinburgh. The Case Bank helps practitioners, academics, and policymakers navigate judicial practice under the 1996 Convention.
