The Hague 1996 Child Protection Convention Case Bank ("H96-CB", "we", "us") is operated by the University of Aberdeen as part of the project Cross-Border Protection of Children: The 1996 Hague Child Protection Convention. By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
H96-CB is a reference tool intended for research, education, and public interest purposes. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal advice or a substitute for advice from qualified legal professionals.
